Overview
The steam autoclave AG-T series is commonly seen in operating theaters, dental rooms, ophthalmology departments and biomedical research institutes to sterilize autoclavable equipment and supplies, such as surgical instrument, dental appliance, surgical dressing, laboratory glassware, injection device, etc.
Features
- The vacuum degree of our dental autoclave can reach up to -82Kpa, and the dryness of at least 99.8%. In general, this device is suitable for instrument sterilization of wrapped and unwrapped solid load, as well as hollow and porous internal pipe equipment.
- The innovative high-temperature steam drying provides better dryness effect, in specific, the sterilization temperature can either be 121°C or 134°C.
- In detail, the steam autoclave is equipped with HD color touch screen, as well as real-time display of sterilization process data.
- The optional built-in micro-printer can print both Chinese and English sterilization records. Moreover, there is a USB port that can be used to store the records.
- 3 types of test procedures: water quality test, vacuum degree test, Bowie & Dick test (B&D test)
- 5 types of sterilization programs: universal B program, quick B program, quick S program, gentle 121°C program, enhanced B program
- For the control chip, AG-T series adopted American Microchip high-speed control chip. This type of control chip leads to good performance, high accuracy, latest PID control algorithm, as well as the good combination of hardware and software protection measures. Hence, it can ensure the operation reliability and low failure rate of the device.
